01Will this fit a tenor sax?
No. Tenor mouthpieces are larger. This is cut for alto and will not close far enough to grip a tenor reed properly.
02Does it work on a metal mouthpiece?
Often not. Metal mouthpieces run a different diameter than hard rubber. Measure yours before ordering.
03Where on the reed should it sit?
Below the cut of the reed, with the screws away from the reed table. Roughly centered on the mouthpiece window.
04Will a new ligature fix a squeaky sound?
