IbanezAEG70 Grand Concert Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Transparent Violet Sunburst

The Ibanez AEG70 flamed maple top Grand Concert acoustic-electric guitar offers musicians an instrument with premium features and masterful sound in an affordable, accessible package. Built around a solid sapele body with a distinctive flamed maple top, the lightweight AEG70 projects with warmth and resonance while cutting through in live settings thanks to its Ibanez AEQ-TTS preamp and tuner. Simple Yet Powerful Electronics Provide Full Tonal Control The AEG70 starts with an all-new preamp, the Ibanez AEQ-TTS, which offers natural acoustic tone at its center setting along with the ability to adjust to different sonic profiles. With just two knobs—one for volume and one for shape—this streamlined preamp enables you to dial in anything from a full, warm tone to a bright, cutting sound with a simple turn. An easy-to-read LCD tuner is built right into the preamp for convenient tuning on stage or in the studio. Resonant Sapele Body Enhanced by Distinctive Flamed Maple The foundation of the AEG70's tone is its sapele body, a dense, musical wood that provides articulate lows, ringing highs and balanced midrange. The guitar's sapele body is capped by a flamed maple top, which not only adds visual flair but also helps produce a focused, woody sound with rich overtones. A slim nyatoh neck offers a comfortable playing feel for guitarists of all styles. Premium Components for Legendary Playability In the studio or onstage, the AEG70 delivers a playing experience worthy of any pro. It features an ebony bridge, walnut fretboard and open-gear tuners along with an undersaddle Ibanez T-bar pickup for balanced plugged-in tone. The AEG70's 15.7" fingerboard radius and low action make complex chords and melodic runs easy to play while proprietary Ibanez bridge pins enable fast string changes.
