Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Gretsch’s G5230T Electromatic Jet FT is a chambered mahogany single-cut with a maple top, Black Top Filter’Tron pickups, and a Bigsby tailpiece. Its control layout offers separate volume controls for the two pickups, plus master tone and master volume; the latter includes a treble-bleed circuit. A 3-way switch handles pickup selection. The set-in mahogany neck carries a 24.6-inch scale laurel fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets, while the Adjusto-Matic bridge completes the hardware layout.
