Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Songwriter Recording Artist EC pairs a square-shoulder dreadnought body with a cutaway for players who work into the upper frets. The thermally aged Sitka spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and scalloped Advanced X-bracing are designed for depth, projection, and dynamic balance. A 25.5-inch mahogany neck with a rounded profile and bound ebony fingerboard gives it a long-scale layout. LR Baggs HiFi electronics use dual bridge plate sensors, with volume and tone controls mounted at the soundhole for amplified adjustment.
