Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Vintage Cherry Sunburst Dove Original brings the square-shoulder Dove design to an acoustic-electric format. A Sitka spruce top, flame maple back and sides, and 25.5-inch scale are described as delivering punch, clarity, projection, and a crisp, bright response. For an amplifier or PA, the LR Baggs VTC undersaddle pickup is backed by onboard volume and tone controls. It also carries a three-piece maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, bone nut, Grover Keystone tuners, and the Dove’s engraved pickguard with its hand-painted bird detail.
