Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
JIB/BT8R provides a compact way to bring stereo Bluetooth audio from a smartphone into an active speaker or mixing console. Balanced left/right XLR and 1/4-inch line outputs cover common audio connections, with onboard volume control for level adjustment. It can sit on a rack shelf or attach to a mic stand using the included adapter. Remote pairing is available through its euro-block connection, helping keep a wireless playback setup practical in venues and class spaces.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Sending requested music from a phone into a DJ mixing console during live sets.
- Adding wireless playback to active speakers in classes, studios, restaurants, or event spaces.
- Placing a Bluetooth receiver at a mic stand or rack shelf near the audio system.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
- Installations needing a guaranteed fixed wireless distance, because range depends on RF absorption, reflection, and interference.
