02Does it need soaking?
No. It doesn't absorb moisture, so there's no wetting, no break-in, and no rotation schedule.
03Can I use it on my Bb clarinet?
No. Bass clarinet reeds are a larger cut and won't seat properly on a soprano clarinet mouthpiece.
04How long will it last?
Much longer than cane, since humidity and moisture cycling don't degrade it. Replace when the tip chips or frays, or when response noticeably dulls.
