02Can I use this on a guitar?
It is sized for bass necks. Guitar slots and fret widths are different, so it is the wrong part for a guitar refret.
03Is 24 pieces enough for a whole neck?
For most basses, yes. Buy a second pack if your neck has more frets or you want spares while learning.
