01Will this fit my Squier Telecaster?
Often, but not guaranteed. Squier and import Teles sometimes use different screw hole counts and placements. Compare your current guard against the screw pattern before ordering.
02Does this come with pickups already installed?
No. It is a bare pickguard. You move your existing neck pickup and any mounted wiring over from your old guard.
03Do I need to remove the strings?
You need to at least loosen them enough to lift the neck pickup free. Full removal makes the job easier and lets you clean the body.
04Will the tortoise pattern match photos exactly?
No. Tortoise shell patterns vary piece to piece in how dark and how mottled they are. Expect a brown marbled look, not an exact match.
