01Will this fit my HSS Strat?
No. The pickguard is cut for three single coils. A bridge humbucker will not pass through the opening.
02Do I need to solder anything?
No, if you transfer your existing loaded pickguard hardware across. The kit is cosmetic — you unscrew, swap the parts, and screw back down.
03Will it fit a Squier or an import Strat?
Often, but not always. Import guards sometimes use a different screw count or slightly shifted holes. Count the screws on your current guard first.
04How long does the swap take?
Around 30 to 45 minutes for most people, most of it restringing. Loosen the strings, unscrew the guard, move the parts over, reassemble.
