03How hard is it to replace?
Straightforward. Remove two screws, loosen the jack nut, pull the old cup off the jack, fit the new one and reassemble.
04Why does my jack keep coming loose?
The nut backs off with cable movement. A fresh ferrule plus tightening the nut fixes it; if the wood is chewed out, the screw holes need repair.
