Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Fender’s California Standard Redondo CE pairs the broad Redondo dreadnought-style body with a deep cutaway, so upper-fret work remains more accessible. Its laminated spruce top and laminated sapele body are voiced for a blend of warmth, brightness and clear articulation across strumming and fingerpicking. Onboard Fender electronics bring volume and tone controls, a built-in tuner and a low-battery indicator to rehearsals, amplified performances and recording sessions. The slim C-shaped okoume neck, walnut fingerboard and 25.5-inch scale round out a practical right-handed acoustic-electric.
