Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Black American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe follows the two-humbucker Tele Deluxe design, using an alder body with a belly contour, a one-piece maple C neck, and two Authentic CuNiFe Wide-Range humbuckers. The neck pickup is voiced for warm, resonant chord and melody work, while the bridge pickup carries a slightly hotter, more punchy and articulate output. Separate volume and tone controls for each pickup, plus a three-way toggle, make its pickup layout central to the hands-on workflow. A black, orange-lined vintage-style case is included.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Players shaping separate neck and bridge pickup settings, then selecting neck, bridge, or both.
- Chord and melody work that calls for the neck humbucker’s warm, resonant sound.
- Stage use where the bridge pickup’s punchy, articulate output is intended to cut through a mix.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
- Left-handed players; the guitar is specified as right handed.
