Independent shopping perspective
The Ivory EVH MIJ Series Signature Wolfgang is a Japan-made, right-handed electric with a basswood body, maple top and bolt-on quartersawn maple neck reinforced with graphite. Its satin urethane neck finish and 12–16-inch compound-radius ebony fingerboard are described for a smooth, fast playing feel. Direct-mounted EVH Wolfgang humbuckers—alnico 2 at the bridge and alnico 3 at the neck—are chosen with a three-way toggle. A Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo, R2 nut, D-Tuna and kill switch make its pitch and tuning controls central to the instrument’s use.
