No. This is the batter head for the top only. The thin snare-side head underneath is a separate purchase.

Marching snare batters run very high tension. Bring all lugs up gradually in a star pattern so the head seats evenly and stays in tune.
04Will this fit a 14-inch marching snare?
No. Head size must match shell diameter exactly. A 13-inch head will not seat on a 14-inch drum.
