02How do I measure for the right size?
Pull the old head off and measure straight across the bare shell. Do not measure the hoop or the outside of the rim.
03Will this take brushes?
No. Clear film is smooth, so brushes will not produce a sweep sound. A coated head does that.
04Single-ply or two-ply for my floor tom?
Single-ply like this gives more sustain and a lower, open note. Two-ply is shorter and more focused, and holds up longer to hard hitting.
