Available in two breathtaking finishes—Malachite with a quilted maple top and alder wings, or Wolf’s Bane with a maple burl top and black limba wings—this seven-string Majesty pushes the boundaries of sonic versatility. From the responsive DiMarzio Dream Catcher and Rainmaker pickups to the piezo-equipped tremolo bridge and 20dB gain boost, every detail is engineered for both precision and expression. Limited to just 50 units per finish, this BFR Majesty 7 is a stage-ready weapon that’s ready to serve as the crown jewel of your collection. Highly Premium Tonewoods From the Ball Family Reserve The BFR Majesty 7’s unmistakable sound begins with its carefully selected premium tonewoods. The Malachite edition combines a quilted maple top with resonant alder wings for balanced warmth and clarity, while the Wolf’s Bane edition pairs a maple burl top with black limba wings for a darker aesthetic and added midrange complexity. Both are finished in high-gloss polyester that enhances the depth of the figured tops while protecting the instrument for years of use. This thoughtful combination of tonewoods gives the Majesty 7 a wide frequency response, ideal for players who demand articulate note separation across an extended range. Rock-Solid Neck-Thru Design With Smooth Ebony Fingerboard At the heart of the Majesty 7’s effortless feel is its neck-thru-body design, delivering enhanced stability, sustain and upper-fret access. The three-piece Honduran mahogany and flamed maple neck boasts a slim C-shaped profile that offers fast, unhindered playability across all 24 stainless steel frets, while the ebony fingerboard ensures a smooth surface with a touch of natural brightness. A 17" radius and 25.5" scale length provide the ideal platform for extended-range work, delivering consistent tension and intonation. Glow-in-the-dark side dots and Atlante Majesty inlays make navigation easy on even the darkest stages, ensuring clarity no matter the environment. Signature Petrucci Pickups for Unlimited Expression The Majesty 7 is equipped with a pair of DiMarzio Dream Catcher and Rainmaker humbuckers in exclusive chrome Majesty covers, designed in collaboration with John Petrucci to deliver both high-output aggression and nuanced dynamics. The push/push tone knob unlocks coil-split options for versatile humbucker and single-coil sounds, while the push/push volume control provides an instant 20dB boost for solos. A custom Music Man active preamp ensures clarity and headroom, while mono and stereo output options offer added flexibility for creative live and studio rigs. Whether dialing in crushing rhythm tones or shimmering cleans, the Majesty 7’s electronics deliver precision at every level. Piezo-Equipped Tremolo Bridge and Stage-Ready Premium Appointments Further expanding its versatility, the Majesty 7 features a custom John Petrucci floating tremolo bridge outfitted with Fishman Powerbridge piezo saddles, unlocking convincing acoustic tones at the flip of a switch. It's paired with Schaller M6-IND locking tuners for rock-solid stability, even under aggressive tremolo use. Additional details, including a flamed maple headstock cap, custom JP knobs with rubber grip and chrome hardware, elevate both form and function. Each instrument ships with a Mono case, a signed tremolo cover and a numbered certificate of authenticity, underscoring its Ball Family Reserve pedigree.
