Elektron’s Analog Rytm MKII is an eight-voice analog drum computer that combines analog drum synthesis with a digital sample layer. Its workflow is built for shaping sounds as well as programming patterns: samples can be captured, trimmed, pitched, looped, reversed and resampled, then combined with the analog voice on a track. The 64-step sequencer supports parameter locks, real-time recording, trig conditions, Euclidean sequencing and song mode. Twelve performance pads, scenes, macros and the performance knob keep changes hands-on, while individual outputs and USB/MIDI support a studio or live setup.
