Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Heavy tension and full-size scaling make this the 4/4 Zyex G-string choice in that gauge. Its synthetic core produces a warm, rich sound, with the string settling onto the instrument within hours. Zyex is also presented as a useful match for bright-sounding violins and for instruments exposed to substantial climate changes. A sealed pouch helps protect it from elements that lead to corrosion before fitting.
