01Do I still need a pillow inside the kick?
Usually not. The built-in muffle ring handles most of the ring. Some players add a small amount of internal damping for a completely dead studio sound, but many run it bare.
02Is this a batter or resonant head?
Batter. It goes on the side your pedal strikes. The front head with the port hole is a separate resonant head.
03Will this fit a 22-inch bass drum?
No. Drum heads are diameter-specific. A 24-inch head only fits a 24-inch drum.
04How is Super Kick II different from Super Kick III?
