02Is this the batter head or the front head?
Batter. It goes on the side your pedal beater hits.
03Will an 18-inch head fit my 20-inch kick?
No. Head diameter must match the shell diameter. The Super Kick 10 is also made in 20, 22, 24 and 26 inch.
04Clear or coated for a bass drum?
Clear gives more attack and a brighter beater click. Coated is warmer and softer on top. This one is clear.
