Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
FY70ce is a cutaway Folk/OM acoustic-electric with a solid AA Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides. The wood combination is described as balancing warmth with projection. FST6 bracing allows the top to vibrate freely for an open, articulate voice with clear bass and sparkling highs. Its LR Baggs StagePro Bronze pickup uses an Element transducer and EQ for amplified playing. The cutaway reaches upper frets, while the mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard handle chord and single-note work.
