Independent shopping perspective
Yamaha’s FS-TA is a right-handed concert acoustic-electric built around a solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Its TransAcoustic system uses an actuator inside the back of the guitar to bring reverb and chorus out through the instrument itself, so practice, writing, recording, and casual playing can use those effects without external amplification or effects. Three onboard controls set chorus, Room or Hall reverb, and the TA Switch/Line Out volume. A line output is also available for clean recording.
