No. This is an alto mouthpiece. Tenor necks are wider and a tenor mouthpiece is physically larger; the two do not interchange.
02What's the difference between a 4C and a 5C?
The number refers to tip opening. The 5C is slightly more open than the 4C, giving a bit more volume and flexibility with a similar reed strength.
03Do I get a ligature with this?
No, mouthpiece only. Your current alto ligature and cap should fit.
