Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The WCG15SCE12 is a right-handed Grand Auditorium 12-string acoustic-electric with a solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a Venetian cutaway for upper-fret access. Its 12 strings are intended to deliver chime and jangle without muddiness. The Comfort Series beveled lower bout is designed to sit comfortably against the body while playing seated or standing. Fishman Presys+ electronics add an integrated tuner and preamp for amplified tonal shaping.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Seated or standing playing where the Comfort Series body carve is useful.
- Amplified 12-string parts requiring onboard tuning and tonal shaping.
- Players wanting chime and jangle from a Grand Auditorium 12-string.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
- Players who need a six-string guitar rather than a 12-string instrument.
