V12 uses a thicker blank cut from tube cane, giving a darker sound and more body. It also feels stiffer, so consider dropping a half strength when switching.
02Is 3.5 too hard for me?
If you play 3 comfortably and want more resistance and low-register support, 3.5 is the next step. If 3 already tires you out, stay there.
03Will these fit a tenor sax?
No. These are cut for alto saxophone only.
04Do I need to soak them first?
Wet the reed before playing, either in your mouth or briefly in water. Playing a dry reed makes it warp and chip faster.
