TocaEric Velez Signature Timbale Sticks

The Toca Percussion Eric Velez signature timbale sticks mark the brand’s first signature timbale stick, developed in close collaboration with the acclaimed percussionist to deliver precision, balance and distinctive stage-ready style. Crafted from durable hickory, these sticks feature a custom 16" length and slim 0.462" diameter for fast response, controlled rebound and articulate Latin percussion phrasing. Pitch matched and weight matched for consistency, they’re designed to feel like a natural extension of the hands—ideal for cutting rimshots, crisp cascara patterns and dynamic timbale performance. Visually, the design complements the Eric Velez line of signature products with a black grip, natural wood shoulder and tip, and metallic Arándano Rojo and Rose Gold accents, finished with Eric’s signature and the Toca logo. Designed in Collaboration With Renowned Percussionist Eric Velez Eric Velez is a respected Latin percussionist known for a dynamic playing style that blends precision, power, and musical expression. His sound demands sticks that can keep up with intricate sticking patterns while delivering the punch and clarity needed for commanding timbale performances. That same attention to detail is reflected throughout his signature Toca lineup, where performance-driven design meets bold visual identity. The Eric Velez signature timbale sticks capture that approach perfectly, offering players a professional tool inspired by an artist whose style is as distinctive to hear as it is to see.
