Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built for seven-string guitarists who want a passive humbucker set with a firm low end and a defined initial attack. Alnico 5 magnets give the set its stated response for chugging rhythm parts and lead work, while the passive design leaves tone shaping to your amp and effects. It is offered in black, with triangular bottom-plate versions also available for drop-in guitar upgrades.
