Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around a neck-thru V platform, the V-1 SLS Elite Evil Twin pairs a swamp ash body with a 25.5-inch ebony fingerboard and 24 extra-jumbo stainless-steel frets. Comfort shaping at the waist, cutaway, and neck joint is intended to open up the full fingerboard. Its active Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers combine Ceramic and Alnico voices, selected through the guitar’s controls. Carbon-fiber reinforcement, locking tuners, a compensated nut, and the TonePros bridge make adjustment and tuning stability central to the design.
