Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Roland’s black FP-60X brings an 88-key PHA-4 Standard keyboard to a piano designed to move or store more easily than a traditional piano. Hammer action, escapement and Ivory Feel shape the key response, while the SuperNATURAL Piano engine follows playing from quiet passages to forceful ones. Its stereo speaker system supports small-venue performance; headphones with 3D Ambience support private practice. A mic can run through the speakers, and the onboard recorder can capture playing and singing.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Private practice using headphones with 3D Ambience.
- Small-venue piano performance through the built-in stereo speaker system.
- Playing and singing together with a microphone connected to the piano.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
- Players who require a stand or pedal unit included with the piano.
