No. This is cut for a 1/2 size violin. A 3/4 instrument is wider across the lower bout and the feet will not seat properly.
02What is the difference between low and high?

03Can it stay on inside the case?
Take it off before closing the case. A rest left attached puts pressure on the top and back when the lid presses down.
