Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The RQC25 brings the requinto’s smaller classical-guitar form, shorter 21.06-inch scale, and deeper body to trío romántico and traditional folk settings. It is also intended for acoustic performances where amplification is unavailable. Its cedar top has a natural satin finish, joined by sapele back and sides, an okoume neck with a two-way truss rod, and walnut at the fingerboard, bridge, and headstock veneer. The listed tone profile is warm, round, smooth, rich, and full bodied.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Traditional folk and trío romántico work that calls for a right-handed six-string requinto.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
