No. The 181 F and the Ambassador Eb are both excluded from this bag's fit list. The 281, 282 and 283 Eb/F models do fit.
02Can I use this for a CC tuba?
Not this one. It is cut for Eb and F horns. Large BBb and CC tubas such as the Miraphone 1291 need the larger bag in the line.
03Does a Besson 983 fit?
Yes, but it is listed as a tight fit. Plan on some working to get it seated and zipped.
04Is this safe to check on a flight?
No. Soft-sided bags are for hand carrying between car, rehearsal and stage. Air travel needs a hard flight case.
