Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around a solid spruce top and African redwood back and sides, the Procnias pairs a GS cutaway body with Fishman ISY-201 electronics. The slightly smaller body, armrest, and slim C neck focus the playing experience on comfortable longer sessions, while the cutaway leaves the upper register accessible. Plug in for a performance or recording session, use the onboard tuner before playing, and adjust volume and tone from the guitar. A Merida GB-15 black gig bag is supplied for transport and storage.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Long practice sessions where the smaller GS body and armrest support a more comfortable playing position
- Live sets or recording sessions that call for onboard tuning and a plug-in acoustic signal
