Detail 01
Synthetic head and natural goatskin head
The two sides provide two different timbres.

Independent shopping perspective
Meinl's 22-inch Sea Drum places steel balls between two playing surfaces: one synthetic and one natural goatskin. Each head offers a different timbre, giving the same drum two distinct sonic options. A sealable filling port lets you add or subtract steel balls, making the internal amount adjustable. It is a brown hand drum built around those two head materials and its changeable steel-ball fill.
