Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around a dreadnought body, solid spruce top, and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the HD-35 Standard is voiced for crisp articulation, warmth, resonance, and balanced projection. Its forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing is described as adding sustain and a driving response. The GE Modified Low Oval neck, High-Performance Taper, and ebony fingerboard focus the experience on smooth chord changes and lead work. A molded hardshell case is listed, while onboard electronics are not.

Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
