Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Matte Blue Frost SBX IV is Jackson’s four-string X Series Spectra bass, using an offset body with a larger upper horn to distribute weight across the instrument. Its dual medium-output humbuckers pair with onboard bass, mid, and treble adjustment, plus pickup blending and coil splitting. Pulling the volume control changes between active and passive operation, so the EQ can be bypassed. A graphite-reinforced, neck-through maple construction anchors the 24-fret, 34-inch format.
