Finished in Transparent Black with premium appointments throughout, the AAD361CE delivers a modern acoustic experience with timeless musical character. Grand Dreadnought Design and Premium Tonewoods for Powerful, Responsive Performance At the heart of the AAD361CE is Ibanez's Grand Dreadnought body, a modern reinterpretation of the traditional dreadnought that delivers greater projection, enhanced comfort and an expansive dynamic range. The Thermo Aged solid German spruce top provides the responsiveness and open character of a well-played instrument, while arched flamed acacia back and sides contribute warm midrange, dry, articulate highs and excellent note separation. Working together with Ibanez's innovative X-M bracing, these carefully engineered elements maximize vibration transfer for a bold, expressive acoustic voice that responds naturally to every nuance of your playing. Flamed Maple Neck for Fast, Comfortable Playability The AAD361CE pairs a Low Oval Grip flamed maple neck with a smooth rosewood fingerboard to create a comfortable, broken-in feel from the very first chord. The slim neck profile encourages effortless movement whether you're playing intricate fingerstyle passages or first-position chords, while the rounded fingerboard edges enhance long-playing comfort. Completing the player-focused design, the Advanced Access cutaway provides exceptional upper-fret reach, making lead work and melodic passages feel remarkably natural on a full-sized acoustic. Ibanez Electronics for Natural Amplified Performance Designed to preserve the guitar's natural acoustic character, the Ibanez T-bar undersaddle pickup faithfully translates every nuance of your playing when plugged in. The Ibanez AEQ-TP2 preamp features a built-in tuner and intuitive two-band EQ for quick tonal adjustments onstage or in the studio, while balanced XLR and standard 1/4" outputs provide flexible connectivity for acoustic amplifiers, PA systems and recording interfaces. Together, they make the AAD361CE equally capable as a live performance instrument or a reliable recording companion. Performance-Focused Appointments Inspired by Modern Acoustic Design Every detail of the AAD361CE is designed to complement its innovative acoustic platform. The A.I.R.port directs more of the guitar's sound toward the player for improved monitoring and a more immersive playing experience, while the lightweight rosewood scalloped bridge increases vibration efficiency for enhanced resonance and greater flexibility when adjusting string action. A functional tapered headstock promotes straighter string pull for improved tuning stability, while an abalone rosette, Transparent Black high-gloss finish, gold die-cast tuners and Ibanez Advantage bridge pins complete the guitar with understated style and dependable performance. An Forward-Thinking Acoustic Built for Inspired Performance Representing the innovative spirit of Ibanez's Advanced Acoustic series, the Ibanez Advanced Acoustic AAD361CE combines thoughtful engineering, responsive tonewoods and player-focused design into a remarkably versatile acoustic-electric.
