Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Finished in Midnight Blue, the Comet is a right-handed double-cutaway semi-hollow electric guitar with carved genuine mahogany top and back. Its center block is there to minimize feedback, and the long-tenon set neck is specified to increase sustain. Two custom gold foil humbuckers run through 3-way switching, master tone, and a push/pull master volume; pulling that control brings in out-of-phase sounds. The C-shaped mahogany neck carries a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets, while locking tuners and a MONO Vertigo case round out the package.
