Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Blue Steel Polara pairs a contoured mahogany body with a mahogany set neck, dual uncovered HB-2+ humbuckers and separate controls for each pickup. The three-way switch lets you select between the two pickups, while the four-knob layout gives neck and bridge volume-and-tone adjustment. Its string-through-body construction and compensated stop-bar tailpiece are part of the fixed-hardware design. A Vintage Soft U neck, rosewood fingerboard and 22 frets round out the playing platform.
