02Will this fit my Strat or Les Paul?
Only if the dimensions match. Measure your nut slot length, width, and the nut height first. Fender and Gibson nut slots differ in both length and radius.
03How is TUSQ different from bone?
TUSQ is a man-made material with uniform density, so every nut behaves the same. Bone varies piece to piece and can have soft spots that wear into a slot.
04Is it glued in?
A nut is held with a small drop of glue, not a full bond. It needs to come out again for future work, so use the minimum that keeps it seated.
