Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Gold Tone’s left-handed MC-150R/P/L Maple Classic banjo combines a maple rim and resonator with a steel alloy tone ring. Its resonator and mounting brackets can be removed to convert the instrument to an open-back configuration, giving one banjo two setup options. The build also includes planetary-gear tuning machines, a straightline tailpiece, engraved armrest, and 22 frets. It is tuned GDGBD; the HD15 hard case is sold separately.
