Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Dealer Select J-45 Standard Red Spruce pairs an Adirondack red spruce top with mahogany back and sides in a round-shoulder dreadnought format. Its described response combines projection, clear fundamentals, warmth, focused mids, and a broad dynamic range, so gentle fingerstyle and harder strumming have distinct room to work. A mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and 24.75-inch scale support the familiar short-scale feel. LR Baggs Element VTC electronics provide amplified operation, with volume, tone, and phase controls available from the guitar. The high-gloss Cobra Burst finish sets its visual direction.
