Fishman Fluence and Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter have collaborated once again to deliver an evolution of his signature humbucker set, now tailored for 7-string guitars. Building on the powerful foundation of the original models, these pickups feature re-voiced options and an expanded tonal palette with the addition of a unique single-coil voice. Experience the aggressive attack, fluid cleans, and signature sounds of a metal icon, all in one versatile pickup set. Alnico and Ceramic — A World of Tonal Textures The Stephen Carpenter Signature Series humbuckers are available in both alnico and ceramic versions for 7-string guitars. The alnico models offer a full, round tone with exceptional articulation and dynamics, while the ceramic models deliver a crisp, aggressive attack with tight bass and a powerful growl. Choose the voicing that best suits your style, or mix and match for the ultimate tonal flexibility. Three Unique Voices — Expand Your Sonic Palette Each Stephen Carpenter Signature Series humbucker features three distinct voices accessible via a push-pull pot or mini-toggle switch. Access Stephen's crushing active high-output tones, pristine cleans, and a newly-designed single-coil voice for glassy, cutting leads. This multi-voice flexibility allows you to explore a wide range of sonic textures, from djent and progressive metal to ambient soundscapes and beyond.
