01How many springs should I use?
Three is standard for a floating Strat trem. Go to four or five if you use heavy strings or want the bridge to sit tighter.
02Will these fit any Strat?
They fit vintage-style and modern six-screw and two-post Fender trems using a standard claw. Locking systems use their own springs.
03Do I have to remove the strings?
You can add or swap springs with strings slack, but it's easier and safer with the strings off and the back cover removed.
04Will this stop my tuning going sharp after dives?
