Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Fender’s Montecito Tenor Ukulele V2 uses acacia for its body and top, with fan bracing, a nato neck, and a walnut fingerboard. The 17-inch scale and 19 frets define its tenor format. Its FE-U01 preamp provides onboard volume and tone controls, an electronic tuner with an on/off switch, and a low-battery indicator. Abalone appointments appear at the rosette and dot inlays, while the included gig bag keeps the instrument ready to travel.
