Yes. Technique & Artistry is a supplement designed to run alongside the Level 1 Lesson Book. On its own it drills technique but teaches no new material.
Piano Adventures Level 1 is written for young beginners. Adults typically use the Adult Piano Adventures line instead.
Primer level. Level 1 assumes a student has already worked through Primer or equivalent beginner material.
This is the book. If you want play-along audio, look for the CD or online audio versions offered separately in the series.
