02Will it fit a 14-inch snare?
It fits a 14-inch shell physically, but it is built as a tom batter. A dedicated snare batter head is the better match for that drum.
03Clear or frosted — which should I get?
Clear is brighter with more sustain and takes sticks only. Frosted is warmer, slightly drier, and is the one that works with brushes.
04Do I need to replace the bottom head too?
