02Phosphor bronze versus 80/20 bronze?
Phosphor bronze is warmer with more midrange and resists corrosion longer. 80/20 is brighter and more scooped when fresh but fades faster.
03Can I use these on an electric guitar?
No. Bronze windings are not magnetic enough for electric pickups. The wound strings will come through weak and uneven.
