Independent shopping perspective
Cort's MR500E is a right-handed, six-string acoustic-electric built on a dreadnought body with a Venetian cutaway for access to the upper frets. It pairs a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides, then adds a mahogany neck, ovangkol fingerboard, and ovangkol bridge. The Cort CE304T preamp sends its acoustic sound to an amplification system for live or recording use. A 3-band EQ offers tonal adjustment, while the onboard LED tuner keeps tuning close at hand.
